This weekend was a great weekend for bbq. Carolina Smoke BBQ had a great 3 year anniversary party. Carolina Smoke is located in Bothell Washington. The ower of Carolina Smoke is named David Hayward. David has been involved with local bbq competitions and catering for over 10 years.. he has been cooking since he has been in the service and throws down a great bbq spread. We have eaten there a few times and every time the food is great. He does something with his beef brisket, it is delicious. His ribs, have a just a little bit of tang. People come from all around to try Dave's bbq. It is highly suggested for any party or event.
